Mother's Day with Family

Here are some pictures from when Grandma and Grandpa Reiswig came over to visit. We had a great time and were also able to celebrate Mother's Day together! Some more developments in my fast paced life: I am now officially crawling! It has been quite the road to discovery. It all started with rocking forward and backward while on my hands and knees. I then realized that my hands are good for more than quality thumb-sucking, they can actually take you places! So, I started dragging myself around: I became mobile. As if that isn't exciting enough, I then found that if I move my hands and knees at the same time, I can move around even faster and, boom baby, I'm crawling! Mom and dad are trying to stay ahead of my learning curve and think they have baby-proofed the house, but we'll see about that.  Enjoy the pictures!

Grandpa Reiswig is making sure I don't crawl my way off the couch. Look out world, baby Isaiah is mobile!

Stylin' in the hat Grandma Stewart gave me. Sometimes changing one's wardrobe every other week can become a little tedious and boring. Adding a flare of excitement becomes quite necessary. Hat: case in point.

Celebrating Mother's Day with some gelato. Well, everyone else was celebrating with gelato.

Even at my early age, I realize there is something very special about ice cream. And I am sitting in the arms of one of the world's premier ice cream connoisseurs, I think my future looks bright!

Yes, I am wearing a Seattle Seahawks shirt. Team allegiances form early, and one must be very careful during this important process. Me, I'm a Hawks fan through and through and proud of it. Now, did I say that right, dad?

Mother's Day was a lot of fun. I assumed the role of "Assistant to the Giftee: Present Unwrapper." I like to think of it as "The Paper Demolisher."

The calm before the storm, I am slowly caressing the paper, considering what methods I can implement to demolish the paper.

Despite the size of this monster, I am not intimidated. Don't hold me back, Grandma, let me at it!

Grandma helping me with this big one. It's so fulfilling to see a good unwrap job!

I am a little excited here. I have no clue what this is, but we sure got that wrapping paper off!

Helping Mom with some of her Mother's Day presents. Don't get me wrong, she was excited about her presents, but she seemed the most excited to be holding me.

Yeah, cards! Everything is new and very exciting when you are a baby.

Out for dinner on Mother's Day. We had a great time, I really enjoyed the people watching aspect
