The Bozeman's Pay Us a Visit

So Missoula is a popular destination at the moment.  We’ve only been here for a few months and we’ve already had lots of visitors!  Mom and dad think everyone is coming to see me, but I know better.  People just want to get a glimpse of the smallest house in the world (I mean please, there's hardly room to crawl).

Today was a great day for me.  I played, ate, slept, woke up and BAM!, more visitors.  The Bozeman’s came to see us on their way to Colorado.  We chatted for awhile (their 8 month old baby talk isn’t the best) and then we went to see the airplane dad flies.

It is amazing how much fun a round, plastic tube can be.  This is now one of my favorite toys, and I feel that I am just beginning to explore the potential of this exquisite object.

Watching my parents use a spoon seemed easy enough, but I was surprised by the  intense coordination required to use this utensil.  Here I have mastered getting it to my mouth sideways (intentionally of course).

With baited breath, Skye watches Isaiah learn to use a spoon. “Come on kid, put the spoon in your mouth already.”

Another failed attempt...

Success!!!  I finally got the right end of the spoon in my mouth. Now, where did the food go?

Me with aunt Jenny. I’ve put on quite a bit of weight since I saw her last, but she was polite and didn’t mention it (unlike the man at the post office whose rudeness we won’t discuss :0).

Cousin Lynsey has the coolest glasses I’ve ever seen!

Hanging out with Lynsey and Noah.  We talked about sports, swimming and lots of other great stuff.  I had tips for them on how to improve their game, but no one seemed to listen.  Maybe when I’m older.

Captain Lynsey demonstrating how to fly an airplane.

Captain Noah at 24,000 feet.  “Sit down Paul, I got this.”

The whole gang that came to visit us.  Notice I’m not in this picture, pretty good shot for my first time behind the camera.

Everybody left to head off to Colorado so I decided to spend some time in the sun.  Check out the new edition to my wardrobe: one genuine REI adventurers hat. Watch out Indiana Jones!

Just look at that mountain man in his mountain man attire.

Oh man, the tag is showing. I can’t stand it when I commit these fashion faux pas.  It’s hard when your social awareness has not yet fully developed.
