I'm Growing Up

Well folks, I'm getting bigger, faster and louder.  Mom and dad are constantly amazed by the number of words I'm saying, the speed with which I can escape them (I love to run) and the decibel at which I am now capable of screaming.  I know all of this because I can now accurately read their faces, at least 50% of  the time, when I shock them, surprise them or amaze them.  Who knew one little person could do so much!  My newest words are yogurt and ridiculous and my first sentence was "That's a monkey" (I am the current owner of some great, monkey covered, dish ware). I love to smile, giggle, talk on the phone (or at least pretend to), and there is nothing I love more than a good house project that allows me to use the fabulous tools that mommy found at a thrift store for me. Tape measure anyone?

Chatting it up with Tawnie.

Time to show daddy how it’s done.

Surrounded by tools - this is the life!!!

Filling the big shoes.

Birkenstocks are sooo comfortable.  I wish I had a pair.

Mommy’s going away party at Auntie’s.  I think I stole some of her thunder...oops.

Stewing about how to get ahold of some of that Similac Sensative.  Oh no, I have not forgotten the delectable, palatable flavor that was the joy of my youth. Sigh.

Saying goodbye to Chris, but only for a little while.  I will visit again and this time maybe I can get ahold of her Panda beanie baby - boy that thing is cute.

Hmmm. Mommy’s holding scissors and she seems to be eyeing my hair again.

Yup. She got me.

Two of my favorite things in the world. Books and my “blank.”

My favorite outfit.

BALLOONS!!!!!!

Whoa, these things can fly!

I do believe this is the funnest thing ever.

John Deere does it again!  Check out my ride.

I love to collect sticks.  If mommy would let me I’d have a priceless collection. Why she wouldn't want hundreds of sticks in the house is beyond me!

I think I’ll give him another 30 seconds of rest, but then he’d better move it cause we have a lot to see today.

Well, hello there.

Checking out the dandelion garden while the dogs do some serious sniffing.
