2014 - The First Six Months

The first half of 2014 was quite hectic. Mom and dad decided to move us back to Spokane, so we started to pack and fix our house and move and fix our house and did I mention fix the house? It was CRAZY I think mom and dad never wanted to see a house project again by the time June rolled around and we were officially done with the move. I miss our house in Missoula sometimes and I miss our neighbor Esther, but I LOVE our house in Spokane. If you come visit I offer tours. In fact, I’ll give you a tour every time you come over, just ask Grandma and Grandpa.

Apparently I’m a future Van Gogh. I love to paint, not only is it messy, but I get to use my favorite colors
Stories with Aunt Alex are always fun and exciting! I always want to pet her cat Bode, but he likes to hide when I visit - not sure why?

I had a visit with Tawnie. She and I played with toys and I showed her how much energy I have, especially in tiny spaces.

This snow storm was epic. The wind moved snow from one pile to another. At one point we couldn’t even open the front door. I think it was at this point mom decided that leaving Missoula might be a good thing.

BRRRRRR!

One of my favorite people! Esther, our next door neighbor. I can’t tell you how many nights I played on her rug while she and mommy chatted. We also played catch in her back yard from time to time. She and I enjoyed some early spring sunshine.

While mom and dad worked on finishing up the house in Missoula so that we could move back to Spokane, I spent some time with Grandma and Grandpa at the Property.

Cattails make excellent swords and giant dandelions

Easter candy goodness!

Digging to China or possibly trying to do a self burial. Bath night I guess….

Shhhh! Only I can talk really loud outside.

Look out! Robin Hood has competition in the form of a small boy, with a stick and no arrows. More of a threat than one would initially imagine.

Finally finished and ready to sell. It sold and closed within a month, making our move officially over by early June 2014.

Who doesn’t love having snack with a buddy. Avery and I hung out at the Couer D’Alene park and played some golf.

Tawnie and I get to visit again. We had fun playing golf and running around the playground.

I get to be a knight every day. Sometimes I am a viking knight, sometimes a fireman knight, sometimes a policeman knight, sometimes a cowboy knight, sometimes I’m all of them at the same time. You just never know what the day will bring.
